浅谈高校就业指导人员培训课程体系的设计 被引量:1

摘要 随着大学生就业制度改革的深入,就业市场的不断开放,高校就业工作面临许多新情况和新问题,也对高校就业指导人员的素质能力提出了更高的要求。因此,开展高校就业指导人员培训,开发具有系统性、发展性、前瞻性的培训课程体系,是当前高校教育新形势下亟待实施的新课题,只有加快高校就业指导人员职业化建设才能完成新的就业机制赋予的艰巨使命。本文就高校就业指导人员培训课程体系设计的必要性、原则、内容进行了探讨。 With the development of the employment reform of graduates and the opening employment market,the universities graduates employment work has been a very important thing.Many new problems have been appear-ing which set a high quality requirement to the personnel working in the graduates student employment guidance of-fice of university,and it is a high time to strengthen training them.So this article discusses how to design training curriculum system which should be systematic,prone to development and foresightedness.And the author hopes the personnel can get a system career training through this class who can really help the graduates find a good job.
