摘要
为满足大型装备制造业中测量任务的大尺寸、高精度、高效率、高可靠性、低成本等多样性测量需求,诸多数字化大尺寸测量系统在实际的测量中发挥越来越大的作用。首先,按照传感单元的不同将数字化大尺寸测量系统进行分类;然后,阐述了各类测量系统的测量原理、测量模型及适用性;最后,根据数字化大尺寸测量系统的应用情况阐述两点问题:单一测量系统难以满足复杂的测量需求和测量系统的动态测量性能缺乏统一的测量手段和评价方法。针对这两个问题,分别提出了利用多系统协同测量的组网方法、多系统协同校准手段、研究动态测量性能参数定义、研究动态测量系统的误差模型、建立动态测量标准装置等解决手段。
In order to satisfy the measurement demands in large-scale equipment manufacturing industry, which is large scale, high accuracy, high efficiency, high reliability, low cost and multiple data, the digital large-scale metrology plays more and more important roles and be widely used. Firstly, the classification between different measurement systems is done according to the different sensors. Secondly, the measurement principle, measurement model and measurement property are stated in detail. Lastly, two common metrology problems are put forward. One is single measurement system cannot adapt to the measurement task, the other is the unified measurement steps and evaluation criterions of the dynamic measurement for the systems are deficient. In order to solve the problems, some suggestions and solutions are given, such as cooperative measuring by using different systems, calibration of different systems which are working together, researching on the dynamic measurement parameters and models, constructing standard equipment for dynamic measurement and so on.
