约束浆锚搭接连接高温性能有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 进行了约束浆锚搭接试件在不同温度下的单向拉伸试验,获得了试件典型破坏形式及荷载-位移曲线。通过Abaqus有限元分析软件,对采用该种搭接方法的试件进行了高温下的单向拉伸有限元分析,钢筋与灌浆料之间的粘结关系采用非线性弹簧单元spring 2来模拟。模拟结果与试验数据与进行了比较,并着重分析了约束浆锚搭接连接在高温下的滑移以及极限承载力的变化情况。结果表明:有限元模拟结果与实测值吻合较好,总体趋势基本大体一致。常温下,试件的搭接长度取为1.0倍的基本锚固长度,能够保证其搭接强度。高温下,搭接连接的强度随温度升高逐渐降低,其连接强度主要由钢筋强度控制。在有限元模型中,高温下灌浆料的本构关系参考高强混凝土,其真实应力-应变关系仍有待于进一步研究。 The uniaxial tensile test of restraint grouting-anchoring overlap-joint of steel bar specimens at differ- ent temperatures was conducted, and the typical failure mode and load-displacement curve of specimens were obtained. By using the Abaqus software, the unidirectional tensile finite element analysis on the specimens using this overlap method was simulated at high temperatures, and the nonlinear spring element spring 2 was used to simulate the bonding relationship between reinforcement and grouting material. The simulation results were com- pared with the experimental data, and the slip and ultimate bearing capacity of the lap-joint of steel bar at high temperatures were analyzed emphatically. The results showed that the finite element simulation results agreed well with the measured values, and the general trend was generally consistent. At normal temperature, the lap length of the specimen is 1.0 times the basic anchorage length, which can guarantee the strength of lap joint. At high temperature, the strength of the lap joint decreases with the increase of temperature, and its connection strength is mainly controlled by the strength of reinforcement. In the finite element model, the constitutive rela-tionship of grouting material at high temperature takes the high strength concrete for reference, and its actual stress-strain relationship is still subject to the experimental further study.
