摘要
在人们生活水平得到显著提升的今天,旅游行业迎来了良好的发展机遇,各大高职院校也纷纷开设旅游管理专业,在旅游人才培养方面投入了较大的精力。着眼于现代学徒制,就在线旅游企业实习指导模式进行深入探究,明确了现代学徒制下在线旅游企业实习指导的重要意义,并从多方面出发,针对实习指导模式进行分析,从而明确该模式对应的基本流程,就具体工作的开展予以说明,最后,就该模式的表现进行分析,分析了模式实践效果,并指出了需要改进之处。
Today,people＇s living standards have been significantly improved,the tourism industry has ushered in a good development opportunity,major vocational colleges are also opening a tourism management profession,and invested a lot of energy in the training of tourism talents. Focusing on the modern apprenticeship system,this thesis conducts an in-depth study on the internship guidance mode of online travel enterprises,clarifies the significance of the internship guidance of online travel enterprises under the modern apprenticeship system,and analyzes the internship guidance mode from various aspects to clarify the mode. The corresponding basic process is explained in terms of the specific work. Finally,the author also analyzes the performance of the model,analyzes the mode practice effect,and points out the need for improvement.
