过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征中医病因病机探讨 被引量：16

摘要 中医"肺鼻同治"理论与现代医学中关于肺、鼻相关疾病属于"同一气道、同一疾病"的理论不谋而合。过敏性鼻炎与支气管哮喘是发生在同一气道不同部位的过敏性炎症疾病,分别属于中医"鼻鼽"和"哮病"的范畴。现代学者多将二者视为同一种疾病研究,是立足"肺鼻同治"理论的重要体现,对过敏性鼻炎和支气管哮喘的防治具有重要的意义。笔者就"肺鼻同治"理论在过敏性鼻炎-支气管哮喘综合征中医病因病机方面进行探讨,希望对本综合征的临床治疗提供思考。
