摘要
目的:探讨麻醉恢复室(PACU)内音乐干预对全麻手术患者恢复效果及吗啡用量的影响。方法:选取2015年8月至2017年8月入住哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院PACU的108例全麻手术患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组54例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上予音乐干预。比较两组心率、血压、动脉血氧饱和度、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、满意度评分、吗啡用量以及苏醒期并发症发生情况。结果:与对照组比较,研究组出PACU时心率、收缩压、舒张压、动脉血氧饱和度明显改善,入PACU 1h、出PACU时术后VAS评分明显降低(P<0.05),满意度评分明显增高(P<0.01),吗啡用量明显减少,且苏醒期各种并发症发生率均明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:PACU内音乐干预可明显提高全麻手术患者麻醉苏醒后恢复效果,稳定患者心率、血压、动脉血氧饱和度等生命体征,明显减轻患者疼痛程度,减少患者吗啡用量和术后并发症的发生,且能提高患者的满意度。
Objective： To investigate the effect of music intervention in post anesthesia care unit （PACU） on recovery and morphine dosage after general anesthesia.Methods： Form August 2015 to August 2017,108 patients in PACU of our hospital after general anesthesia were randomly assigned to a control group and a study group,with 54 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received conventional nursing care,and those in the study group were treated as the control group with addition of music intervention.The heart rate,blood pressure,arterial oxygen saturation,visual analogue scale （VAS） score,satisfaction score,morphine dosage and the incidence of complications during the awakening period were compared between two groups.Results： Compared with the control group,the heart rate,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and arterial oxygen saturation when out of PACU were significantly improved in the study group （ P 〈0.05）.Meanwhile,the VAS scores at 1 h entered PACU and out of PACU,the amount of morphine,and the incidence of complications were markedly decreased,while the degree of satisfaction was increased in the study group （ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion： Music intervention in PACU could effectively improve the recovery effect after general anesthesia.It could stabilize basic vital signs,relief pain,reduce morphine consumption and postoperative complications,and elevate care satisfaction of patients.
