摘要
为了解决自动化生产线上产品的智能分拣问题,设计了一种基于NI视觉检测技术的产品识别与分拣系统,用于分拣不同形状的工件。文章以NI 1776c智能相机为核心搭建了视觉检测的硬件平台,使用Sobel算子提取工件边缘特征并研究了基于边缘特征的模板匹配算法在工件形状识别中的应用,同时设计了一种用于NI视觉检测平台与UR控制柜间通讯的IO电路。与基于PC的视觉平台相比,基于NI智能相机的视觉检测平台内置高性能处理器,可脱离PC机实现独立的视觉检测功能,具有开发周期短,检测速度快、可靠性好等特点。
In order to solving the problem of product intelligent sorting in automatic production line, a product recognition and sorting system based on NI vision inspection technology is designed for the purpose of sorting different shapes of workpieces. In this paper, the hardware platform of vision inspection is built based on NI 1776c smart camera. The template matching algorithm based on the edge feature in the shape recognition of the workpiece is studied by using Sobel operator. At the same time, an IO circuit for com- munication between NI vision detection platform and UR control cabinet is designed. Compared with the platform based on computer, the vision inspection platform based on NI smart camera has a high perform- ance processor with the characteristics of short development period, high detection speed and good reliability, which can perform vision inspections out of the assistant of PC.
