Sr掺杂纳米TiO_2光催化材料制备工艺研究

摘要 钛酸丁酯为钛源,采用溶胶-凝胶工艺制备Sr掺杂纳米TiO_2光催化剂。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)及紫外可见光光度计(UV-Vis)对样品的物相组成、显微结构及光催化性能进行测量与表征。结果表明:Sr掺杂量为1.5%的纳米TiO_2经500℃煅烧后,由单一的锐钛矿相组成,晶粒尺寸6~18nm,光催化降解率为92%。 Sr doped nano TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel process using butyl titanate as titanium source. The phase composition, microstructure and photocatalytic properties of the samples were measured and characterized by X-ray diffractometer transmission electron microscope and UV-Vis photometer in this paper. The results show that the nanocrystalline TiO2 doped with 1.5% Sr is calcined at 500 ℃ and consists of a single anatase phase. The photocatalytic degradation rate of 6 ~ 18 nm, in grain size is 92%.
