摘要 实时荧光定量PCR技术是在定性PCR基础上发展起来的一项新兴技术。通过在PCR反应体系中加入荧光基团,在整个PCR过程中实时检测产物中荧光信号强度来达到定量的目的。此项技术具有定量准确、特异性强、灵敏度高、操作简便等优点,越来越受到人们的关注和广泛应用。对实时荧光定量PCR技术原理、分类和应用进行了阐述。 The technology of real-time fuorescent quantitative PCR is a newly developed technology based on the qualitative PCR. By adding fuorescent groups to the reaction systems, the intensity of fuorescent signals can be enhanced in the whole process of PCR. This technology has been paid more attention and widely used due to its advantages in terms of quantitative accuracy, high sensitivity and simple operation. In this paper, we described the principle, classifcation and application of real-time fuorescent quantitative PCR.
