摘要
目的:分析护理干预对头位难产分娩结局的影响。方法:本研究的研究对象为本院2015年1月至2017年10月收治的120例头位难产产妇,将其随机分成两组:基础护理对照组60例,护理干预组60例,统计两组的分娩结局,进行对比分析。结果:护理干预组剖宫产率为30.0%,自然分娩率为50.0%,新生儿窒息率为6.7%。对照组剖宫产率50.0%,自然分娩率为31.7%,新生儿窒息率为20.0%,统计有差异(P <0.05);护理干预组产程时间、疼痛时间和麻木时间少于对照组,NBNA评分高于对照组,统计有差异(P <0.05)。结论:给予头位难产产妇护理干预能改善分娩结局,缩短产程时间,值得学习。
Objective：To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the delivery outcome of head dystocia.Methods：120 cases of dystocia parturients were treated in our hospital during October 2017 to January 2015.They were randomly divided into two groups：60 cases in the basic nursing control group and 60 cases in the nursing intervention group.The delivery outcomes of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results：The cesarean section rate the nursing intervention group was 30.0%,the natural delivery rate was 50.0%,and the neonatal asphyxia rate was 6.7%.The rate of caesarean section in the control group was 50.0%,the natural birth rate was 31.7%,the neonatal asphyxia rate was 20%,the statistical difference was found（ P 〈 0.05）;the time of labor,pain and numbness in the nursing intervention group were less than those in the control group,and the NBNA score was higher than that of the control group,and the statistical difference was found（ P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion： Nursing intervention for head dystocia maternal can improve the delivery outcome and shorten the duration of labor,which is worth learning.
