欧洲职业教育与培训质量保障的先进举措及本土化借鉴 被引量:3

摘要 为了有效促进职业教育与培训的发展,提升技能应用人才的培养质量,我国应积极汲取发达国家和地区在职业教育与培训质量保障体系建设方面的先进经验。以欧洲为例,经过分析发现,其主要通过制定战略目标、建立指标体系、开拓产学合作途径、发挥"4个欧洲共同工具"协同效应、明确评估方法等一系列举措,以此建立起完善的职业教育与培训质量保障框架。借鉴欧洲的先进经验,结合我国职业教育发展的实际情况,建议制定符合国情的战略目标、落实质量保障责任制、鼓励多主体参与、设立质量保障标准和评估体系、构建监督平台。 In order to effectively promote the development of vocational education and training and improvethe quality of training of skilled and applied talents, China should actively learn from the advanced experience ofthe quality education system for vocational education and training in developed countries and regions. TakingEurope as an example, after analysis, it is found that it is mainly established through the formulation of strategicobjectives, the establishment of an indicator system, the development of industry-university cooperation channels,the synergy effect of "four European common tools", and the clear evaluation methods. Vocational education andtraining quality assurance framework. Drawing on the advanced experience of Europe, combined with the actualsituationof the developmentofvocational educationinChina, itisrecommendedtoformulate strategic objectivesinline with national conditions,implement the quality assurance responsibility system,encourage multi -agentparticipation,establish quality assurance standardsand evaluation systems, and build supervision platforms.
