摘要
单轴位置速率转台是一种单轴多功能测试设备。能够为惯导系统及惯性器件提供位置、速率检测。自抗扰控制是一种能够运用于运动控制领域的一种智能控制算法,并且在工业实践中取得了巨大成功。自抗扰控制中最重要的部分是扩张状态观测器,其估计系统内部和外部的扰动并且最终把它当作总的扰动,估计出来并且把它在控制量中消除。实验表明自抗扰控制算法应用于单轴位置速率转台能够取得比PID控制算法要好的性能。
The single-axis position rate turntable is a single-axis and multi-function test equipment, which has the functions of positioning and rate detection, and can meet the functional test and experimental requirements of inertial systems and inertial components. Active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) is an intelligent con- trol algorithm that can be applied to the field of motion control and has achieved great success in industrial practice. The most important part of ADRC is the extended state observer ( ESO), which estimates the disturb- ances inside and outside the system and eventually takes it as a total disturbance, estimates it and eliminates it in the control. Simulation and experimental results show that ADRC has better variable rejection performance than PID for single-axis position rate turntable.
