摘要
以氧化铝为载体,硝酸铜为一次浸渍液,硝酸铈为二次浸渍液(或加有机助剂),采用浸渍法制备了臭氧催化氧化催化剂,并将其用于含有臭氧的苯酚溶液脱总有机碳(TOC)的催化氧化评价中。结果表明:在所选的载体实验中,二次浸渍制备的催化剂对苯酚溶液TOC的去除率要高于一次浸渍的。选用聚乙烯类有机物(助剂A)-羧酸类有机物(助剂B)混合助剂,分别在不同载体上制备的催化剂的TOC去除率较单独使用助剂B的分别降低约3. 00,1. 00个百分点。二次浸渍后,助剂的加入有利于提高Ce O2的负载量。
The ozone catalytic oxidation catalyst was prepaed by the impregnation method with alu- minium oxide as supporter, copper nitrate as the first impregnation liquid, and cerium nitrate as the second impregnation liquid( or adding organic assis- tant), and it was used in the catalytic oxidation evaluation for removing total organic carbon (TOC) from phenol solution with ozone. The results showed that in the selected supporter experiments, the catalyst prepared by the second imprenation had better removal rate of TOC from phenol solution than thatof the first impreganation; the mixture of polyethy- lene organic compound (assistant A) - carboxylic acids organic (assistant B) was selected and the catalyst was prepared by different supporters, TOC removal rate reduced by 3. 00, 1. 00 percentage points respectively when used alone assistant B; after the second imprenation, adding assistant was beneficial to improve the capacity of CeO2.
