摘要
公民科学素质不高仍然是我国创新发展的明显"短板"。国家和社会对科技创新的定位已提到了前所未有的高度,互联网和新媒体的飞速发展对科普方式也产生了深远的影响。提出了"重大事件科普"这一概念并界定其内涵,分析了重大事件科普的特点和作用,还就如何做好重大事件科普提出了有关建议。
The low scientific quality of citizens is still the obvious short slab of innovation and development in China. The position of science innovation has been raised to an unprecedented height. The rapid development of the Internet and new media has also had a far-reaching impact on the mode of science popularization. This paper puts forward the concept and definition of ＂science popularization of major events＂, analyzes the characteristics and functions of it and puts forward some suggestions on how to do it well.
