摘要
利用液态热熔渣直接生产矿渣棉,相比冷矿渣生产可节省能源40%~60%,介绍液态热熔渣的界定、来源、分布。以液态热熔渣为原料,利用清洁能源电为燃料,通过电炉调值、均化(保温)、离心成纤、施胶、集棉、固化后制成岩棉、矿棉及其制品,介绍了国内外典型矿渣棉化学成分、生产工艺、发展概况,并进行了市场分析。
The direct production of slag wool by melted slag can save energy by 40%-60% compared with cold slag production. The definition,origin and distribution of melted slag are introduced. Using melted slag as raw material,clean energy electricity as fuel,rock wool,mineral wool and its products were prepared through electric furnace adjustment,homogenization (insulation) ,centrifugal fiber formation, sizing,cotton gathering and solidification. The chemical composition, production process and development of typical slag wool at home and abroad were introduced and market analysis was carried out.
