摘要
阐述了直立锁缝金属屋面系统抗风揭原理,结合南昌昌北机场直立锁缝金属屋面风揭破坏,明确风压的基本要求与加强措施,并开展直立锁缝屋面板抗风揭对比试验,对复杂受力状态的直立锁缝屋面板系统各关键组成部分在模拟极端暴风工况下的抗风揭能力进行了初步测试分析,依据直立锁缝屋面系统失效对比试验,提出了直立锁缝屋面系统抗风揭能力关键措施,尤其是对机械冷弯成型的锁缝与附加锁夹后的极限能力作出量化对比及分析,确定加强设计和附加锁夹加固间距的优化方案。
This article describes the principle of anti-wind capacity for vertical whipstitch metal roofing board system. Com- bining the basic requirements and strengthening measures for identifying the wind pressure after the wind uncovering damage of the vertical whipstitch metal roofing board at Nanchang Changbei Airport,as well as combining with the comparative test of the anti-wind vertical whipstitch metal roofing board. The preliminary test and analysis of the key components of the vertical whip- stitch roofing board system with complex stress states under simulated extreme storm conditions has been conducted. According to the failure comparative test of vertical whipstitch roofing board system, the key to the vertical whipstitch roofing board system is proposed,especially the quantitative comparison and analysis of the ultimate capacity of the mechanically-cold-molded whipstitch and the additional locking clamp. The optimization plan for the reinforcement design and the reinforcement spacing of the addi- tional locking clamp is determined.
