摘要
分析了煤矿皮带机现有结构的特点和输送过程中存在的问题,介绍了螺旋输送机主要类型,分析了螺旋输送机结构特点。实践得出,将螺旋输送机应用到皮带机上可完成对机尾滚筒上附着物的刮除,实现皮带机机尾清理过程的机械化和自动化,提高煤炭的输送效率和企业生产效率,降低生产成本,增强煤矿的生产安全。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of the existing structure of the belt conveyor in coal mine and the problems existing in the conveying process. The main types of the screw conveyor are introduced, and the structural characteristics of the screw conveyor are analyzed. The practice shows that the application of screw conveyor to belt conveyor can remove the attachment on the tail drum, realize the mechanization and automation of the tail cleaning process of belt conveyor, and improve the transportation efficiency of the coal mine and the production efficiency of the enterprise as well as reduce production cost, increase the production safety of coal mine.
