摘要
目的:分析在耳鼻喉部的手术患者护理中行全面护理干预对患者术后疼痛与康复影响。方法:选在某院行耳鼻喉部手术治疗的患者102例,依据护理方式的不同分成常规组与全面组,每组51例,比较两组患者疼痛与康复恢复情况。结果:护理后1d、护理后3d、护理后5d,两组患者VAS的评分均发生改善,全面组改善的幅度比较大,与常规组相比组间对比显示有明显的差异,P<0.05。结论:在耳鼻喉部的手术患者护理中行全面护理干预能够缓解患者疼痛感,值得应用。
Objective： To analyze the effect of holistic nursing intervention on postoperative pain and re habilitation of patients with ear and nose surgery in otolaryngology department. Methods： 102 cases of oto laryngology with surgical treatment in a hospital were selected and divided into normal group and the corn prehensive group according to the different methods of nursing care, each group had 51 cases, compared two groups of patients with pain and rehabilitation. Results： 1 day, 3 days, 5 days after nursing, two groups of patients with VAS score have been improved, comprehensive group were better than the conventional group contrast showed obvious differences between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Holistic nursing interven tion in patients with ear and nose surgery can alleviate pain and be worth applying.
