摘要
滚筒是石油钻机绞车的核心部件,要求在使用过程中具有良好的性能,需对其进行优化设计,主要涉及滚筒直径及长度、绳槽结构、绳槽间距、缠绳爬坡结构和改变钢丝绳缠绳的翻转机构,以满足钻井工艺中要求绞车运行平稳可靠的作业原则。
The roller is one of the core components of the oil drilling winch,which is need to have good performance during usage and need to be optimized.In this paper,the roller structure optimization is carried out,which mainly involves the diameter and length of drum,rope groove structure,rope groove spacing,etc.The optimized structure can meet the operating requirement that the winch operation is stable and reliable in the drilling process.
