摘要
目的了解以"两学一做"为基点的护理管理工作下的护理教学及科研现状,为进一步推进"两学一做"在护理管理工作中的运用提供依据。方法调查该院护理教研室2015年1月—2017年12月教学及科研现状,并进行统计描述。结果以"两学一做"为基点的护理管理下,该院护理教学及护理科研都得到了提升。结论在护理管理中深入推进"两学一做",有利于构建和谐医院,开启"创新护理"模式,为医院发展和进步作出贡献。
Objective To understand the status of nursing teaching and research under the nursing management work based on ＂two studies and one doing＂, and to provide a basis for further promoting the application of ＂two studies and one work＂ in nursing management. Methods The current situation of teaching and research in the nursing teaching and research section of the hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 was investigated and statistical descriptions were made. Results Under the nursing management based on ＂two studies and one doing＂, the nursing teaching and nursing research in the hospital have been improved. Conclusion In-depth promotion of ＂two studies and one work＂ in nursing management is conducive to building a harmonious hospital and opening up the ＂innovative nursing＂ model to contribute to hospital development and progress.
