摘要
目的:观察精细化管理在医院病案管理中的应用效果。方法:选取10 000份病案作为研究对象。根据病案管理方法不同将其分为对照组(2014年1月至2015年12月的病案)和观察组(2015年1月至2016年12月的病案)各5 000份。对照组采用常规病案管理模式进行管理,观察组采用精细化病案管理模式进行管理。对比两组首页质量合格率、医患纠纷发生率、病案缺页缺项情况及病案管理者职能考核合格率。结果:观察组首页质量合格率明显高于对照组,医疗纠纷数、病案缺页缺项率均明显少于对照组,病案管理者理论、技术及日常绩效考核合格率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规管理基础上,采用精细化病案管理方法可有效提高病案管理质量,减少医疗纠纷,提高管理者的管理水平。
Objective: To observe effects of fine management in hospital medical records management. Methods: 10,000 medical records were selected as research subjects. According to the different methods of medical record management, they were divided into control group (n=5000, from January 2014 to December 2015) and observation group (n=5000, from January 2015 to December 2016). The control group used the routine medical record management model, while the observation group applied the fne management. The home page quality qualifcation rates, the incidence of doctor-patient disputes, the conditions of missing pages and items in the medical records, and the qualifcation rates of the medical record managers' functional assessment of the two groups were compared. Results: The home page quality qualifcation rate of the observation group was signifcantly higher than that of the control group, the doctor-patient disputes and the number of missing pages and items in the medical records were obviously less than those of the control group, the qualifcation rates of the theoretical and technical assessment as well as routine assessment were signifcantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). Conclusions: On the basis of the routine management, the fne management can effectively improve the quality of medical record management, reduce medical disputes, and improve the management level of the managers.
