钛合金高压阳极氧化载银/铜膜层的动物体内骨结合研究

摘要 目的研究钛合金种植体表面加载银/铜膜层对骨结合的影响。方法钛合金酸蚀的种植体为对照组A,酸蚀高压阳极氧化为实验组B,酸蚀高压阳极氧化载银为实验组C,酸蚀高压阳极氧化载银/铜为实验组D,植入兔下颌骨2周、4周、8周,通过锥形束CT(CBCT)、扫描电镜和激光共聚焦显微镜等观察其骨结合情况。结果 CBCT显示8周时D组种植体周围骨密度优于A、B、C组;扫描电镜及元素分析8周形成的骨融合带优于2周、4周,新生骨增加显著,Ca、P元素分布活跃;激光共聚焦显微镜显示骨沉积能力D组优于A、B和C组,骨沉积率组内比较F=40. 114,P≤0. 05,组间比较F=14. 816,P≤0. 05,具有统计学意义。结论钛合金种植体经过酸蚀高压阳极氧化载银/铜后,可促进其骨结合能力。 Objective To study the effect of silver / copper film on the osseointegration of titanium im- plant. Methods Titanium alloy implants were implanted into rabbit mandible for 2, 4 and 8 weeks, and were observed by cone beam CT (CBCT) , scanning electron microscopy and laser confocal microscopy. The osseointegration. Results CBCT showed that bone mineral density around implants in group D was better than that in group A, B and C at 8 weeks, bone fusion zone formed by scanning electron microscopy and elemental analysis at 8 weeks was better than that in 2 or 4 weeks, new bone increased significantly, Ca and P elements were distributed actively; laser confocal microscopy showed that bone deposition ability in group D was better than that in group A, B and C, and bone deposition rate in group F = 40. 114, P ≤ 0. 05, F= 14. 816 and P≤ O. 05 were statistically significant. Conclusions Titanium alloy implants can promote the bone bonding ability of Ag/Cu implants after etching and high pressure anodizing.
