三级医院护士核心能力现状及影响因素的多中心研究 被引量:30

A multicenter survey of the competency status and influencing factors of nurses in Class Ⅲ hospitals

摘要 目的调查三级医院注册护士核心能力现状,分析其影响因素。方法选取新疆维吾尔自治区、甘肃、河北、湖北省的7所三级甲等医院2068名注册护士为研究对象,运用护士核心能力量表(CIRN)、临床护士沟通能力量表进行横断面调查。结果7所三级医院的护士CIRN平均得分(159.24±29.837)分,得分率68.63%;护士沟通能力平均得分(80.83±11.912)分,得分率为72.17%。单因素分析显示,不同年龄、学历、护士层级、工作年限、自主学习时间、培训频率护士的CIRN得分差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,护士的沟通能力、工作年限、基础学历和培训频率是核心能力的影响因素。结论三级医院注册护士的核心能力处于中等水平,护士的沟通能力与核心能力密切相关,护理管理者应重视护士的核心能力的培养。 Objective To investigate the status quo of core competency of registered nurses in Class Ⅲ hospitals and analyze the influencing factors. Methods The study was carried out in seven Class m hospitals in four provinces, including Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Gansu, Hehei and Hubei Province, involving 2068 registered nurses. A cross-sectional survey was conducted using the nurses' Core Competency Scale (CIRN) and the Clinical Nurse Communication Ability Scale. Results The average CIRN score of the nurses from seven Class Ⅲ hospitals was (159.24±29.837), with the scoring rate of 68.63%. The average score of communication skills of nurse was (80.83±11.912), with the scoring rate of 72.17%. The results of one-way ANOVA showed that nurses' age, basic education background, level of position, length of employment, self-directed learning and nurses with frequent training had influences on the scores of nurses' competency inventory (P〈0.05). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that nurses' core competence, education background and frequency of training had influences on the scores of nurses' competency inventory (P〈0.05). Conclusions The core competency of the nurses in Class Ⅲ hospitals is at a medium level. Nurses' core competency is closely related to communication skills. Nursing managers should pay attention to the development of nurses' core competency.
