摘要
目的对右美托咪定与异丙酚复合麻醉针对脑肿瘤切除手术患者的脑保护效果进行比较。方法选取本院2016年2月至2017年5月期间进行脑肿瘤切除手术的患者50例进行分组研究,按照数字表法分为对照组(25例,予以异丙酚复合麻醉)和试验组(25例,予以右美托咪定复合麻醉),比较两组麻醉效果的差异。结果试验组手术完毕,术后24 h的NSE(血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶)、S100β蛋白浓度均明显低于对照组,组间具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组清醒时间、拔除气管导管时间比较,试验组均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与异丙酚复合麻醉相比,脑肿瘤切除手术患者应用右美托咪定复合麻醉的脑保护优势更突出,值得临床优先选择和普及。
Objective To compare the effects of dexmedetomidine and propofol anesthesia on brain and brain protection in patients with brain tumor resection. Methods A total of 50 patients undergoing brain tumor resection from February 2016 to May 2017 were enrolled in this study. They were divided into control group according to the digital table method (25 cases, combined with propofol anesthesia). The experimental group (25 cases, combined with dexmedetomidine anesthesia), compared the difference in anesthesia between the two groups. Results The NSE (serum neuron specific enolase) and S100β protein concentrations were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group at 24 h after surgery. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05). The time and time of removal of tracheal catheter were shorter in the experimental group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Compared with propofol combined anesthesia, the brain protection advantage of dexmedetomidine combined anesthesia in patients with brain tumor resection is more prominent, which is worthy of clinical preference and popularization.
