摘要 提出了一种基于机器视觉测量技术的非接触式中低速磁浮轨缝动态检测方案,并提出了一种针对轨缝光条图像特征点提取的方法 ,通过检测系统静、动态精度试验,验证了检测系统端面轨缝检测静态精度小于0.2mm,动态精度小于0.6mm,水平轨缝检测静态精度小于0.1mm,动态精度小于0.2mm,垂向轨缝检测静态精度小于0.1mm,动态精度小于0.3mm。 A non-contact dynamic detection scheme based on machine vision measurement technology is proposed for measuring medium-low speed maglev track seam. And a method of feature point extraction for track seam light bar is proposed. The static and dynamic accuracy tests of the system verify that the static accuracy of the testing system is less than 0.3mm, the dynamic accuracy is less than 0.6mm, the static accuracy of the horizontal track seam is less than 0.2mm, the dynamic accuracy is less than 0.3mm, the static accuracy of the vertical track seam less than 0.2mm, and the dynamic precision less than 0.3mm.
