摘要
研究不同捻系数比对纯棉7.3tex×2股线性能的影响。通过对捻系数为350和390的集聚纺单纱分别反向加捻成股线,并表征了股线在不同捻系数比下的表面形貌、断裂强力、强力不匀率、断裂伸长率和条干不匀率。结果表明,在一定范围内,随着捻系数比的增大,股线的强伸性和条干均有所改善;两种单纱捻系数的股线性能变化趋势相似,但单纱捻系数390的股线整体性能较好;捻系数比在0.3~0.5和1.2~1.5之间时,两种股线性能均较好。
The effects of different twist s on the properties condensed yarn with of pure cotton 7. 3 tex ×2 ply and plied with different twist multipliers like surface topography, breaking strength, strength unevenness, breaking elongation and yarn unevenness were evaluated. The test results showed that the strength & elongation and yarn evenness were improved as the increase of twist multiplier ratio within certain range.
