双螺杆压缩机阴阳转子型线设计系统的开发研究

摘要 基于Microsoft Visual 2010及其中的MFC模块,结合OpenGL的图形显示功能,在对前人的设计思想进行开拓创新的基础上,设计了一套双螺杆压缩机阴阳转子型线设计系统(TSD)。该设计系统主要包括正向设计和反向设计2个设计模块,分别对应于螺杆转子型线的正向设计和反向设计方法,以及典型型线设计模块——主要用于列举显示出已有的成熟典型转子型线数据;同时为正向设计和反向设计模块添加了B样条曲线设计方式,丰富了转子曲线的设计类型。该系统具有实时显示、数据修改、数据导入与导出、图形缩放与平移等人机交互性很强的实用功能。最后基于该TSD系统进行了转子型线的设计验证,结果表明本文开发的TSD系统完全可行,可用于指导双螺杆压缩机转子型线的开发设计。 Through the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 and the MFC module, combined with OpenGL graphics display function, and on the basis of the development and innovation of the predecessors′ design ideas, a design system of rotor profiles of twin screw compressor is designed, which is called TSD for short. The design system mainly includes two modules, which are positive design and reverse design,which correspond to the positive design and reverse design method of the screw rotor respectively. And it also includes typical profiles design module, which is mainly used for listing and showing the mature typical rotor profile data. Meanwhile, the design method of Bspline curve is added to the positive design and reverse design module, and it enriches the design type of the curve of rotor. The system has the practical function of real-time display, data modification, data import and export, graphics scaling and translation, and so on. Finally, based on the TSD system, the design and verification of rotor profile are carried out, and the result shows that the TSD system is completely feasible, which can be used to guide the development and design of the rotor profile of the twin screw compressor.
