摘要
为了获得电动汽车动力总成内部能量转化、传递和损耗,即能量流的分布规律,搭建了模块化的电动汽车动力总成能量流试验平台。该试验台主要由动力总成模块、液流换热模块、充电模块、台架控制模块和数据采集模块等模块组成,可实现对电动汽车动力总成的控制和运行参数的监测,通过对测得运行参数的数据处理即可获得能量流分布。以某电动汽车动力总成为测试对象,对其在不同扭矩工况下的能量流进行了测试,得到了电池、电控、电动机(三电)各自的输入和输出功率、损耗、效率等重要性能指标随工况变化的规律,为电动汽车动力总成的设计与优化提供了指导。
In order to obtain the laws of energy conversion, transfer and loss, i.e., energy flow in an electric vehicle (EV) powertrain, a modular energy flow test bench, which consists of powertrain module, thermal management module, charging module, bench control module and data acquisition module, was built. It can control the powertrain components and monitor their operating parameters, and then the energy flow can be calculated. The test bench was applied to an EV powertrain to test its energy flow such as input and output powers, energy losses, efficiencies of the battery, motor and motor controller, respectively, The running parameters of powertrain in different working conditions were obtained. These results provide guidance for the design and optimization of EV powertrain.
