摘要
设计了一种面向立方体卫星的姿态确定传感器——模拟式太阳敏感器。通过测得太阳光线的入射角度,从而解算出在卫星本体坐标系下的太阳矢量信息。敏感器理论设计精度为1°,质量为9 g,尺寸为32 mm×19.7 mm×8.1 mm,视场角为112°。本设计进行了光学头部、处理电路的设计,并编写了相应的算法程序。通过外场试验验证了设计的合理性,满足了应用要求。设计的太阳敏感器具有体积质量小、成本低等优点,在立方体卫星领域有广阔的应用前景。
An analog sun sensor,used to determine satellite attitude,is designed for CubeSat. The sun vector information in the body coordinate system of the satellite is solved by measuring the angle of incidence of the sun ’ s rays. The sensor has an accuracy of 1 degree,a weight of 9 grams,a size of 32 mm×19.7 mm×8.1 mm,and the field of view is 112 degrees. This paper has carried out the design of the optical head,the processing circuit,and the corresponding algorithm program. The rationality of the design was verified by the outdoor experiment and the application requirements were satisfied. The sun sensor designed in this paper has the advantages of small volume,mass and low cost,and has a wide application prospect in the field of CubeSat.
