渤海中深层稠油井注热管柱优化设计

摘要 海上中深层稠油油藏具有井深长热损严重、水平段长注汽不均的问题。目前海上的隔热措施存在接箍等隔热薄弱点,水平段均匀注汽没有考虑长水平段的非均质性等问题。为了保证注热效果,对海上某中深层稠油油田热采注热管柱进行优化设计。调研陆地隔热方式,结合海上注采热点,推荐使用由隔热油管、隔热接箍、隔热扶正器、热敏封隔器、隔热补偿器组成的隔热管柱,同时环空采用补氮方式起到隔热和平衡井筒压力的作用,并减少注入井下气体减少气窜风险。针对水平段长,吸气能力不均的问题,在水平段使用均匀注汽阀和水平段分段封隔器进行分段均匀注热,根据水平段性质进行针对性设计,达到均衡注热。通过计算分析证明此套注热管柱具有很好的隔热效果。 In offshore medium-deep heavy oil reservoir, the heat loss is large and heat injection is not uniform along the horizontal sections. The current offshore heat insulation measure has weak points such as the coupling and the heat even injection in the horizontal section does not take heterogeneity into consideration. In order to ensure heat injection performance, it is essential to optimize the injection string in offshore medium-deep heavy oil reservoir. By investigating onshore heat insulation measures and combining offshore injection features,a set of injection string consisting of heat insulated tubing, heat insulated coupling, heat in- sulated centralizer, heat insulated compensator and heat-sensitive packer is recommended and the annulus will be filled with nitrogen to obtain better insulation performance and balance the wellbore pressure. Even injection valve and segmented packer are used in horizontal section to eliminate uneven injection. The tools can be optimized to achieve even injection according to the characteristics of the horizontal section. Heat loss calculation shows this string design has good heat insulation performance.
