Objective To explore the effects of early cognitive language rehabilitation training on children with developmental delay. Methods A retrospective study was used, 72 children with language retardation were diagnosed in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2018. All the children were equally divided into experimental group and control group according to rehabilitation methods. The control group received conventional sensory stimulation training. The experimental group received early cognitive language rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group, The training lasted for three months. Results After rehabilitation, the total effective rate of the experimental group (100.0%) was higher than that of the control group (88.9%),(P〈0.05). The scores of language function of the two groups were higher than those before rehabilitation (P〈0.05), and the score of the experimental group was also higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). The serum growth hormone levels of the two groups were higher than those before the rehabilitation (P〈0.05), and the experimental group was higher than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Early cognitive language rehabilitation training has a certain therapeutic effect on children with language development retardation. It can promote the secretion level of serum growth hormone and improve the language function of children, which can be used for clinical treatment.
