摘要
通过调节过滤体的渗透率来反映不同的微颗粒物(particulate matter, PM)过滤效率,模拟柴油机颗粒物过滤器(DPF)不同的堵塞程度,进而建立了基于GT软件的DPF堵塞故障仿真模型。利用仿真模型测得排气温度、排气压差等主要特征参数,再以排气阻力试验结果与仿真结果进行验证与优化,最后依据发动机台架试验采集的故障主要特征参数,进一步验证优化后模型的正确性。仿真得出结论:利用GT软件建立堵塞仿真模型来提取排气背压,排气温度等主要特征参数是较好的、理想的。
By adjusting the permeability of filter to express different PM filtration efficiency and simulating the different blocking degree of diesel particulate filter(DPF) in this way, a simulation model of DPF jamming fault based on GT software was established. The main characteristic parameters such as exhaust temperature and exhaust pressure difference are measured by the simulation model. Then,the simulation results are verified and optimized by the results of the exhaust resistance test. Finally, according to the main characteristic parameters of the fault collected by the engine bench test, the correctness of the model are verified again. The simulation results make conclusions that the main feature parameters measured such as exhaust back pressure and exhaust temperature are accurate and reliable by using GT software to establish blocking simulation model.
