Integrity and Mitigations of Static Pressed-in Pre-Casted Prestressed Concrete Pipe Piles with Defects

摘要 静压预应力管桩施工周期短,适应范围广,无噪音,虽广泛应用于工程建设,但施工质量问题依然不可避免。以济南西客站安置三区B2地块为例,针对静压预应力管桩实际出现的施工质量问题进行分析,提出了解决预应力管桩施工中未达设计标高、承载力不足、桩身完整性差等问题的处理办法,工程经验可供类似工程参考。 The static pressed-in pre-casted prestressed reinforced concrete pipe piles have become increasingly popular due to their advantages of short construction period,applicable to a wide range of soils and minimized noise.The pile installation induced defects are unavoidably existed despite the effective quality control and quality assurance measures applied in the construction.This paper presents a case history of defect mitigation of pre-casted concrete piles installed in the third relocation residential district for the West Highspeed Rail Passenger Station Project in Jinan City.The defected pre-casted concrete piles are evaluated and categorized.Recommendations are proposed for piles that above the desired pile tip elevation,axial capacity that lower than the design value and piles having integrity concerns.
