摘要
通过场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对ADC12铝合金壳盖件的两类黑斑缺陷进行微观组织及成分分析,对其形成机制进行了探讨。结合实际生产工艺条件,提出了黑斑缺陷的主要预防措施,对该铝合金壳盖件产品的质量提升和成本控制起了重要作用。
Microstructure and composition of two types of black spot defects on ADC12 aluminum alloy housings were analyzed by field emission scanning electron microscope (SEM) and the formation mechanism was discussed. Combined with the actual production process conditions, the main preventive measures for the black spot defects were put for- ward, which played an important role in the quality improvement and cost control of the alu- minum alloy housing products.
