摘要
对TA15钛合金魏氏组织在750、800、850、950℃,应变速率为0.001~10s^(-1)的条件下,进行了等温压缩过程数值模拟。结果表明,在压缩变形过程中变形分布不均匀,损伤值随变形温度增大、应变速率减小而减小,且损伤极值主要出现在试样的自由变形区。试样微观组织观察发现,自由变形区的微观组织中存在微裂纹及局部流动带、微孔洞等组织损伤,且损伤程度随变形温度升高、应变速率减小而减弱。
The isothermal compression process of TA15 titanium alloy was simulated at 750 ℃,800 ℃,850 ℃,950℃and strain rate of 0.001~10 s-1.The simulation results show that the TA15 titanium alloy presents deformation localization during compression deformation process.The local damage values are decreased with the deformation temperature increase and the strain rate decrease,and the damage extreme value appears mainly in the free deformation zone of the specimen.The microstructure of the experimental specimens was observed in the free deformation zone of the specimens.The microcracks,micro-voids and local flow bands can be observed in the microstructures of the specimens.The damage degree is decreased with the deformation temperature increase and the strain rate decrease.
