摘要
利用铸造模拟技术对铸件充型凝固过程进行分析,可以大大降低成本,缩短试制周期。基于此,利用ProCAST软件对薄壁叶片的熔模精铸过程进行数值模拟,通过分析铸造缺陷,提出从浇注系统结构和浇注工艺参数两方面进行工艺优化,获得了合格的铸件。
The casting simulation technology was used to analyze the filling process,which can reduce greatly the cost and shorten the trial production cycle.Based on the analysis,the ProCAST software was used to simulate the investment casting process of the thin-wall blade.Based on the analysis of the simulated defects,the casting process optimization was carried out from two aspects of the structure of the gating system and the casting process parameters,obtaining the qualified castings.
