摘要
对防毒面具天然橡胶(NR)罩体材料与柔性浇注型聚氨酯(CPU)镜片材料嵌槽接头粘合性能进行分析。结果表明:用三氯乙氰尿酸/乙酸乙酯溶液对NR罩体材料进行表面化学处理(氯化反应和环氧化反应),NR罩体材料表面附集大量O和Cl原子,形貌发生显著变化;NR罩体材料和CPU镜片材料嵌槽接头粘合采用聚氨酯胶粘剂,嵌槽接头拔出力为560N。对NR罩体材料进行表面化学处理是提高接头粘合性能的有效手段。防毒面具NR罩体材料与CPU镜片材料粘接适合采用嵌槽接头。
The adhesion property of the dado joints between natural rubber(NR) faceblank material and casting polyurethane(CPU) flexible lens material for respirator was analyzed. The surface of NR faceblank material was pre-treated by chlorination and epoxidation using trichloroisocyanuric acid/ethyl acetate solution, which resulted in significantly increased amount of Cl and O atoms on the surface of NR faceblank material and greatly changed surface morphology. By using polyurethane adhesive,the pull out force of the dado joint between NR faceblank material and CPU lens material reached 560 N. Surface chemical treatment for NR faceblank material was an effective method to improve the adhesion property of the joint. The dado joint was suitable for bonding between NR faceblank material and CPU flexible lens material for respirator.
