四种灌木植物种子休眠和萌发特性的研究 被引量:5

Study on Dormancy and Germination Characteristics of Four Kinds of Shrub Plant Seeds

摘要 以戈壁天门冬、沙棘、水栒子和灌木铁线莲4种植物种子为试材,研究了变温、98%H_2SO_4、层积沙藏等不同处理方法对4种植物种子萌发的影响,以期探讨4种植物种子的萌发和休眠情况。结果表明:戈壁天门冬种子在室温发芽率达97%,无休眠问题;沙棘、水栒子在室温下存在休眠问题,98%H_2SO_4处理解决了沙棘种子的休眠,其中98%H_2SO_4、25℃处理下的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数显著高于其它处理(P<0.05),为其较适萌发条件;10~15℃层积沙藏后98%H_2SO_4处理、温水浸泡48h、划破种皮能够破除水栒子种子休眠,其中98%H_2SO_4处理45min的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数为各处理中最好;室温下,灌木铁线莲种子发芽率达75.33%,并无休眠问题,10~15℃的变温条件下,发芽率、发芽指数、发芽势及活力指数显著高于对照(25℃)及其它处理(P<0.05),为其更适的萌发温度。 The effects of different treatment methods on seed germination of four plants were studied by using four species of Asparagus gobicus,Hippophae rhamnoides,Cotoneaster multiflorus and Clematis fruticosa as test materials,using variable temperature,98% H2SO4 and stratified sand storage.In order to explore the germination and dormancy of the four plant seeds.The results showed that the germination percentage of Asparagus gobicus seeds reached 97%at room temperature without dormancy.Hippophae rhamnoides and Cotoneaster multiflorus had dormancy problems at room temperature.The treatment of 98% H2SO4 solved the dormancy of Hippophae rhamnoides seed,98%H2SO4,25 ℃.The germination rate,germination energy,germination index and vigor index were significantly higher than those under other treatments(P〈0.05).After stratified sediment storage at98 ℃ and 98% H2SO4 for 48 hours,the seed coat could break the Cotoneaster multiflorus seed dormancy,of which germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vitality index under the treatment of 98% H2SO4 for 45 minutes were the best under all treatments;the germination rate of the seeds of Clematis fruticosa reached 75.33% at room temperature,the germination rate,germination index,germination potential and vigor index were significantly higher than those of the control(P〈0.05)and other treatments at 10-15℃,which were the better germination conditions.
