蜂蜜中转基因成分检测研究进展 被引量:1

Research Progress on Detection of Genetically Modified Ingredients in Honey

摘要 中国是世界上最大的蜂蜜生产国和出口国,蜂蜜产量占世界蜂蜜总产量的四分之一以上。然而,蜂蜜中含有转基因成分受欧盟等国家高度关注,并制定了相关限定政策,已成为我国蜂蜜出口的技术壁垒。本文就世界上转基因作物商业化种植现状,蜂蜜中转基因污染的风险,国内外蜂蜜中转基因成分检测技术和方法进行综述,为蜂蜜中转基因成分污染控制途径,转基因成分检测及监测方法提供技术参考。 China was the world's foremost honey producing and exporting country which accounted for more than a quarter of the world total production of honey. However, honey containing genetically modified ingredients has been highly concerned by the European Union(EU). The Court of Justice of EU has established regulation measures to restrict import of honey containing genetically modified ingredients. It has become the potential technical barriers for the export of Chinese honey. This paper reviewed current commercialized situation of world's genetically modified crops(GMC), risk of honey contaminated by GMC, domestic technology and methods for testing genetically modified ingredients in honey.This review will provide support for honey not polluted from genetically modified crops and for development methods of detecting and monitoring genetically modified ingredients in honey.
