聚氨酯软质泡沫结构与物性对比研究 被引量:1

Comparative study on structure and physical property of polyurethane flexible foam

摘要 选用不同原料制备了聚氨酯高回弹泡沫(HRF)和慢回弹泡沫(LRF)。采用红外、动态热机械分析、扫描电镜分别对泡沫的相分离状态、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)、泡孔结构进行了表征,同时对泡沫的物性-温度变化和吸音性能进行了对比研究。结果表明:HRF结构中存在明显的相分离,疋约为-50℃,温度对HRF物性的影响较小;LRF结构中不存在相分离,孔约为10℃,温度对LRF物性的影响较大;LRF泡孔中大多数泡孔膜未破损,表现出更好的吸音性能。 The polyurethane high resilience foam (HRF) and low resilience foam (LRF) were prepared by selecting different raw materials. The phase separation state, glass transition temperature (Tg) and cell structure of foam were characterized by using infrared, dynamic thermal mechanical analysis and scanning electron microscope. Meanwhile the comparative study on the physical propergy of the foams changing with temperature and the sound absorption performance were carried out. The results show that there is obvious phase separation in the HRF structure, the Tg is about -50℃. The temperature exerts little influence on the physical property of HRF. There is no phase separation in LRF structure, the Tg is about 10 %. The temperature exerts greater influence on the physical property of LRF. The LRF shows better sound absorption performance, most of the cell membranes in the cell of LRP are not damaged.
