Objective To explore the nursing effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention on postpartum lactation. Methods 80 cases of postpartum lactation in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the research object and divided into the observation group and the reference group according to the parallel control method, each of which were 40 cases. The observation group received routine western medicine nursing, and the observation group combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the basis of the observation group, and observed the lactation of the two groups at different time, the self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the occurrence of breast distention. Results The lactating rate of 24h, 48h and 72h in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P〈0.05). The lactating amount in the observation group was significantly more than that of the reference group. The postpartum 72hSAS score was significantly lower than that of the reference group (P〈0.05), and the incidence of breast distention and high fever in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the reference group (P〉 0.05). Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention can promote the secretion of postpartum milk, reduce the incidence of lactation and breast distention.
