摘要
为适应仪表自动化检测的需要,设计开发了度盘式指示表检测仪伺服控制系统。系统由PC将控制指令发送给运动控制器,运动控制器再发送相应的控制信号以驱动步进电机运动,然后通过减速装置将作用力传递给滚珠丝杠,从而带动和滑台相连接的测量头对指示表进行微量进给;光栅位移传感器将此进给量反馈给计算机,构成闭环控制系统,使步进电机运动更精准。该控制系统能够保证测量方式、分辨力和测量准确度满足测量要求,具有良好的实用价值。
In order to meet the need of automatic testing, the servo control system was designed based on automatic tester for the dial gauges automatic tester. The control commands were sent to the movement control card by a PC. The control signals were sent to the stepper motor driver. And the force was passed to the ball screw by the speed reducer of the stepper motor. Then the miero-feed was given by the probe connected with the sliding table driven by the ball screw. The feed was returned to the computer by the grating displacement sensor, and the stepper motor runs more accurate through the closed-loop control system. This system is satisfied for measurement in respects of measuring way, resolution and precision. And this system has good practical value.
