自制大量程位移传感器在压杆稳定试验中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 稳定性是工程受压杆件的重要研究内容之一,稳定性试验可以得到压杆的失稳临界荷载,针对目前压杆稳定试验中的测试要求,经过理论计算研究,设计、制作并标定了2个大量程位移传感器,将其运用于压杆稳定性试验测量压杆中点挠度变化,得到了两端铰支压杆的临界荷载,试验结果表明,利用自制的大量程位移传感器和粘贴电阻应变计方法得到的压杆临界荷载基本一致,可以在今后压杆稳定试验中采用此种简单、经济、方便的大位移传感器来测定压杆的临界荷载。 Stability is one of the most important properties of the compressive bar, and the failure load of the compressive bar can be obtained by the stability experiment. According to the research on the theoretical calculation, two large range displacement transducers which satisfy the test requests of the stability experiment of the compressive bar are designed, made and calibrated. Furthermore, these two transducers are used to measure the deflection by fixing at the middle of the compressive bar during the stability experiment in order to get the failure load of the compressive bar with both ends hinged. The test results show that the critical load of the pressure bar obtained by the self-made large-range displacement sensor and the sticking resistance strain gauge method is basically the same, and the simple, economical and convenient large displacement sensor can be used to measure the pressure bar in the future pressure bar stability test.
