摘要
不同围护结构热工性能对区域建筑负荷的影响程度不一致。本文建立了一个郑州地区区域办公建筑群,采用De ST软件模拟得出不同围护结构热工参数下建筑群的负荷值,以供暖空调季累计耗冷热量为评价指标,运用正交设计的极差分析法,判断出对区域建筑负荷影响程度的大小顺序依次为窗墙比、外窗传热系数、外窗遮阳系数及外墙传热系数。研究结果为该区域内建筑物的围护结构热工参数选取与冷热源规划提供参考。
Different thermal performance of enclosure structure have inconsistent influent on distrier building load. In this paper, a regional office building in zhengzhou was established and the load of the building in different thermal parameters of enclosure structure was obtained by using DeST soft-ware.Heating air conditioning quarterly accumulated cooling heat consumption was taken as the evaluation index.. By using the range analysis method of orthogonal design, the ratio of window wall, heat transfer coefficient of exterior window, shading coefficient of exterior window and heat transfer coefficient of exterior wall are determined. Their impact on regional building load ranges from large to small. The results provide references for the selection of the thermal parameter of enclosure structure in this area and the planning of cold and heat sources.
