摘要
目的:研究医学高校学生目前的人际信任水平对问题行为的影响提出对策。方法:采用Rempel和Holmes在1986年编制的《信任量表》和陈会昌和李虹编制的《行为问题量表》对800名高校医学生的人际信任和问题行为进行相关、回归分析。结果:医学生人际信任和问题行为总分以及各维度显著负相关,人际信任各维度对问题行为总分、恋爱和性、学习问题和情绪与健康、社会适应有显著预测的作用。结论:给予医学高校学生更多关注,提高医学生人际信任水平,加强相关研究,拓宽学生管理思路,提高教育管理水平,减少问题行为产生。
Objective to study the influence of medical college students＇ interpersonal trust level on problembehavior. Methods using the ＂Trust scale＂ compiled by Rempel and Holmes in 1986 and the ＂behavior＂ by CHENHui-chang and LI Hong. The questionnaire was used to analyze the interpersonal trust and problem behavior of 800medical students in colleges and universities. Results the total scores of interpersonal trust,problem behavior and eachdimension were negatively correlated with each other,and interpersonal trust had significant negative correlation withthe total score of problem behavior,love and sex,learning problems,and emotion and health. Social adaptation has asignificant predictive effect. Conclusion Medical treatment Students in colleges and universities pay more attention toimprove the level of interpersonal trust of medical students,strengthen the relevant research,broaden the thinking ofstudent management,improve the level of education management,reduce the problembehavior.
