摘要
经济领域的供给侧结构性改革为高校班导师工作提供了新的发展机遇和思路。在剖析供给侧理论的基础上,结合实证调查,指出班导师供给面临制度供给不足、服务供给不够、信息供给缺乏、标准供给缺位等供给困境,进而从供给侧视角提出构建多元主体合作治理机制、班导师选聘培训机制、班导师考核激励机制、班导师—学生互动沟通机制等措施。
The supply-side structural reform in the economic field has provided new opportunities and ideas forthe development of college class tutors. Based on the analysis of the supply-side theory,combined with empiricalinvestigation,it is pointed out that the supply of class tutors is facing the supply dilemma of inadequate supply of thesystem,insufficient supply of services,lack of information supply,lack of standard supply and so on,from the perspective ofsupply side proposes to build a multi-subjective cooperation governance mechanism,class tutor selection andrecruitment training mechanism,class tutor assessment incentive mechanism,class tutor-student interactivecommunication mechanismand other measures.
