摘要
采用油酸、二氯亚砜和甲醇混合液一锅法制备油酸甲酯。考察了反应各影响因素,获得较适宜的工艺条件为:醇酸摩尔比为10∶1,油酸与氯化亚砜摩尔比为1∶1.5,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为40min。在此条件下,油酸甲酯的收率达到了97.1%,油酸甲酯纯度为98.7%。
In this paper, methyl oleate was prepared by a one-pot method using a mixture of oleic acid, thionyl chloride and methanol. We looked at the various influencing factors of reaction, got a suitable process conditions: alkyd mole ratio of 10: 1, oleic acid and sulfoxide chloride mole ratio of 1: 1.5, the reaction temperature is 70 ℃, reaction time is 40 rain. Under these conditions, the conversion rate of methyl oleate was 97.1%, and the purity of methyl oleate was 98.7 %.
