摘要
为了选择适应平朔井工一矿9号煤工作面地质条件的液压支架,在以往支架选型经验的基础上,建立FLAC3D数值模型,通过分析在不同支护参数条件下顶板下沉量,确定支架合理工作阻力,并结合现场工程参数,对所选支架的适应性进行分析,得到井工一矿9号煤综放支架的合理支护强度为1.1 MPa,所选ZFY12000/23/40D型两柱掩护式放顶煤液压支架满足现场生产要求。
In order to select the hydraulic support suitable for the geological conditions of No. 9 coal working face of Pingsuo Jinggong No. 1 Mine, the paper established the FLAC3D numerical model based on previous support selection experience, and analyzed the amount of roof subsidence at different support parameters so as to determine reasonable working resistance of the support. Meanwhile, in combination with field engineering parameters, the paper analyzed the adaptability of the selected support, and determined the reasonable supporting strength of the fully-mechanized caving support on No. 9 coal working face of Pingsuo Jinggong No. 1 Mine as 1.1 MPa. The selected ZFY12000/23/40D two-column shielded sublevel caving hydraulic support met the field production requirements.
