摘要
应用流体动力润滑及弹性力学相关理论,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件及Fortran语言编程软件,对大型磨机静压轴承性能参数进行了弹性流体动力润滑有限元数值分析。在轴承性能参数一定的情况下,分别获得了油膜压力和油模厚度分布云图及一系列的设计参数,为磨机静压轴承的设计提供了一定的理论参考依据。
With theories about hydrodynamic lubrication and elastic mechanics, ANSYS software and Fortran language programming software were applied to conduct finite element numerical analysis on elastic hydrodynamic lubrication for the performance parameters of the hydrostatic bearing of the large mill. Given the performance parameters of the bearing, the distribution contours of oil film pressure and oil film thickness as well as a series of design parameters were obtained, which offered some theoretical reference for the design of the hydrostatic bearing of the mill.
