摘要 传统霍尔电流传感器测量范围小、准确度等级低、频率范围窄、响应速度慢,已不能满足实际工程的需求。为了满足核聚变领域的需求,设计了一种零磁通霍尔电流传感器。基于零磁通的原理和特性,为其设计了一种以脉宽调制(PWM)为核心的数字驱动电路,通过霍尔元件感应磁场,形成霍尔电压,经过放大电路、积分调节电路、PWM产生电路、功率放大电路、反馈电路,最终形成二次侧的补偿电流,从而保证霍尔元件处于零磁通状态。测试表明:设计的传感器的电流测量范围为±30 k A,准确度等级为0.5级,频率范围可以达到20 k Hz,响应时间在5μs以内。 Traditional Hall current sensor measuring range is small,accuracy is low,frequency range is narrow,response is slow,now it can't meet the needs of practical engineering.In order to meet the demand for the field of nuclear fusion,a kind of zero flux Hall current sensor is designed. Based on the principle and properties of zero flux,a kind of digital driving circuit using pulse width modulation(PWM) as the core is designed,through Hall element induces magnetic field to form Hall voltage,after amplification circuit,integral regulation circuit,PWM generation circuit,power amplification circuit,feedback circuit,eventually form secondary side compensation current,thus ensure Hall element in a state of zero-flux. Test show that current measuring range of the sensor is±30 k A,the accuracy grade is 0.5,frequency range can be up to 20 k Hz,response time is within 5 μs.
